Word is Usher and his new girlfriend, Grace Miguel, were apartment hunting in the New York City, Tribeca area. It seems like the Tribeca area is the place to be because just the other day Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz were seen taking a neighborhood stroll in that same area. Peep below:
