Nicki Minaj is featured in the September issue of "Paper Magazine" killing it with a new hair color (that I call white girl blonde). I'm curious to find out what you guys think of Nicki's new hair color and also which color you think she looks the best in? My opinion is she looks her best when she's wearing black hair. For some reason the dark black brings out all of her facial features and shows off her skin tone....but again...that's just my opinion. Check out one more photo and some magazine scans below:
